We have owned and operated self storage facilities since 2003. Today, we are one of the largest private owners in the sector. We own over 160 facilities totaling nearly 13 million square feet in 18 states across the country, which we operate under our Storage King USA brand.

We also provide third-party management to owners who do not want the hassle of day-to-day operations.
