Andover Properties Upgrades and Rebrands Dade City Car Wash Facility
Dade City, FL – December 19, 2025 – Andover Properties, an investment firm specializing in alternative real estate asset classes, today announced that its Dade City car wash, acquired in September 2025, has been rebranded under Andover’s Squeeky’s Car Wash brand and fully renovated to improve the customer experience.
The car wash, formerly known as EZ Clean Car Wash, and located at 13010 US-301 in Dade City, underwent a complete transformation including a new conveyor system, new drying brushes, new towel stations, new signage, and a comprehensive paint job, all designed to deliver a better wash quality for customers.
The overhaul follows the recent renovation and rebrand of the nearby Squeeky’s Zephyrhills, FL location, and is part of Andover’s broader investment in delivering exceptional car washes with top-of-the-line customer service. “We are investing in the facility to deliver a premier car wash experience to the Dade City community,” said Brian Cohen, CEO of Andover Properties, “The same great team at Squeeky’s Dade City will now be utilizing upgraded equipment to level-up the customer experience.”
The facility had a soft re-opening on December 18th, followed by a grand reopening in January, when the car wash will run several customer specials.
