  • Term: 3+1+1
  • Origination Fee: 1.0%
  • Amortization: Interest-Only
  • Prepayment: Minimum interest

Construction Lending

  • Minimum Loan Amount: $10 million (Can be across multiple assets)
  • Loan-to-Value: Up to 90%
  • Interest Rate: Starting at SOFR + 400 and above
  • Term: 3+1+1
  • Origination Fee: 1.0%
  • Amortization: Interest-Only
  • Prepayment: Minimum interest
