Andover Properties Acquires Self Storage Facility in Moncks Corner, SC

New York, NY – January 7, 2026 – Andover Properties, an investment firm specializing in alternative real estate asset classes, has acquired a self-storage & parking facility in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. The acquisition adds another premier asset to Andover’s growing portfolio across the U.S. and marks the company’s second location in Moncks Corner.  

Located at 2728 South Live Oak Drive, the facility was completed in 2004 and spans 57,000 net rentable square feet across 371 units.  The property also has 18 open parking spaces, including boat and RV parking. Units benefit from drive-up access and video surveillance to provide both convenience and safety for all customers.

The site, formerly known as LocTite Self Storage, is now operating under the Storage King USA brand and will benefit from Andover’s national platform and hands-on management approach.
