New York, NY – [November 25, 2025] – Andover Properties announced today the acquisition of two express tunnel car washes in Pasco County, Florida. The properties, located at 13010 US-301, Dade City, FL and 5542 Gall Blvd, Zephyrhills, FL, are currently branded as EZ Clean Express Wash, and will be rebranded under Andover’s Squeeky’s Car Wash brand.
Both locations will undergo comprehensive capital improvements to ensure that Squeeky’s customers are getting top-quality washes featuring the latest innovations in equipment and chemistry. Upgrades will also include refreshed signage and enhanced customer amenities.
