Andover Properties Acquires Newly Built Multi-Story Self Storage Facility in Mount Kisco, NY

New York, NY – July 21, 2025 – Andover Properties, operating under its Storage King USA brand, has acquired a newly constructed, Class-A, multi-story, climate-controlled self-storage facility in Mount Kisco, New York. The acquisition adds another premier asset to Andover’s growing portfolio in the high-demand New York Metro region and marks the company’s first location in Westchester County.

Located at 140 Radio Circle Drive, the facility was completed in 2024 and spans roughly 64,000 net rentable square feet across 600 units. The state-of-the-art, multi-story building features climate-controlled units, elevator access, and video surveillance throughout. Approximately 8,000 NRSF are dedicated to drive-up units, offering flexibility and convenience for customers.
