In early November, the Andover Properties crew gathered for our annual corporate meeting in sunny Miami, Florida!
Over three energizing days, all divisions of our talented Andover team hit pause on daily routines to connect, reflect, and gear up for the future. With no rigid agenda, we dove into open, honest conversations about challenges, accomplishments, and the road ahead. Bringing our teams together, we collaborated on critical topics like enhancing efficiency and generated fresh approaches to challenges.
The retreat wasn’t just about work, though. Team-building fun stole the spotlight, especially during “A Day in the Life of…” sessions that gave us fresh perspectives on each other’s roles. It’s no secret: Andover’s real strength is its people. The connections we built through shared experiences and open discussions further reinforced that.
We also rolled up our sleeves to rethink how we work. From customer-first strategies to exploring smarter software tools, the ideas flowed fast, setting the stage for streamlined processes and sharper teamwork in 2025. By the end, we were energized with a unified vision and a renewed purpose.
