ANDOVER PROPERTIES’ EXPANSION OF STORAGE FACILITY IN ARGYLE DIVERSIFIES STORAGE OFFERING

FORT WORTH, Texas – April 16, 2024 – Andover Properties is excited to announce the expansion of its Fort Worth Drive facility located at 7433 Fort Worth Drive, Argyle, TX, adjacent to Denton. The expansion of the property, operated under Andover’s Storage King USA brand, is aimed at serving the community’s storage needs within the region.

In January, Andover Properties finalized the installation of a diverse range of storage options at the Fort Worth Drive location. The expansion comprises a total of 38,500 square feet of climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled units, as well as 5,750 square feet of flex space. This newest addition further enhances the appeal of the property, which also includes a diverse selection of parking options such as enclosed, covered, and open spaces.
