ANDOVER PROPERTIES ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF A COLORADO SPRINGS, CO SELF-STORAGE FACILITY
COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – August 22, 2023 – Andover Properties is pleased to announce the acquisition of a 215,748 SF self-storage facility in Colorado Springs, CO. The facility, previously operated as AAA Platte Self Storage, will be rebranded under Andover’s Storage King USA brand.
The facility has 681 climate-controlled units in a variety of sizes and is located on over 23 acres of land. The asset is in a prime area near several businesses including a busy shopping district.

The Storage King USA portfolio now totals 158 facilities in 18 states across the country, with an outsized presence in the Sunbelt. Storage King USA has five facilities in Colorado.
