New York City based Andover Properties closes on approx. 51,885 SF AP Self Storage in Belcamp, MD

Andover Properties, LLC (dba STORAGE KING USA) – a private Real Estate Investment Company focusing on Self-Storage enters Maryland  market with Belcamp acquisition.

New York City-based self-storage operator Andover Properties LLC has acquired AP Self Storage in Belcamp, Md. The facility is Andover’s first in the state. It will be rebranded as Storage King USA and managed by Storage Asset Management Inc. (SAM), a self-storage property-management and consulting company. SAM previously managed AP Self Storage and oversees four other Storage King USA properties.

The facility at1339 Belcamp Road encompasses 51,885 square feet of storage space in 479 units. Property amenities include indoor and outdoor storage units, some of which are climate-controlled, as well as perimeter fencing and gated access. The facility also includes UPS Store 6167, which offers a full line of packaging and shipping products, printing, and more. Andover plans to add new signage and update the facility’s website to include online bill pay.

Storage King USA operates 16 self-storage facilities in Florida, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Maryland.
