Storage King USA Expands into Belcamp, MD

AP Self Storage is now Storage King USA.  The facility located at 1339 Belcamp Rd in Belcamp, MD, was bought by Andover Properties, dba, Storage King USA.  It is a 51,885 square foot facility, which contains 479 storage units.  The facility is located near the Belcamp, Aberdeen, Belair, and Abingdon communities.

The re-branding to “Storage King USA” will be visible with new signage on the property and on their new website as well.  The storage facility boasts convenient residential and business storage, with both indoor and outdoor storage units, including temperature controlled units.  It is fully fenced and gated.  Convenient online bill pay will also now be available on their website.  The UPS Store 6167 is located within the storage facility and offers a full line of packaging & shipping products, printing, and much more.

Storage King USA already has 14 locations in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, and New Jersey.  This is their first facility in Maryland and are excited to meet the needs of this community.

The facility will continue to be professionally managed by Storage Asset Management, Inc. (SAM), a full service self-storage property management and consulting company.  SAM previously managed AP Self Storage and manages four other Storage King USA locations.
