Robert Smith, Jr. joined the Andover executive team in 2015. He is responsible for directing the company’s financial and business operations and maintaining investor relations. Prior to Andover, Bob spent 20 years working at Edison Properties, a privately held real estate company that owns and operates Manhattan Mini Storage, Edison ParkFast, The Hippodrome office building and the Ludlow residential building. Most recently, Bob served as Vice President of Financial Operations at Manhattan Mini Storage where he spearheaded projects to reduce business risk and improve operations. He also spent many years as Corporate Treasurer. Bob began his career working in public accounting. Bob earned a MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University and a BS in Accounting from Rutgers University. In addition, he is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey.
