Raj Lodaya joined Andover in May 2021 as a Senior Analyst on the acquisitions team. His main responsibilities are helping to source, analyze, and execute potential investment opportunities.  Previously of Hovnanian Enterprises, Ackman-Ziff, and The AM Companies, Raj has successfully executed over $500m in real estate transactions as either principal investor, capital advisor, or internal capital markets professional. Raj holds a Bachelors’s Degree in Finance from Rutgers University and a Masters’s Degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University.
