We use sophisticated data processing tools designed specifically for the self-storage industry. The software allows Andover Properties to dive deep into the demographics, supply, and pricing for a specified region. We also have a user-friendly website that allows the customer to seamlessly experience the self-storage process entirely remotely, from beginning to end. Any potential renter can do everything, from accessing the facility, paying his or her bill, updating account information, and, when the time comes, entering a vacate date and moving out, all through our website.


In addition to ensuring each location has a fully functioning website, we integrate the property into the Storage King USA umbrella. We also develop a comprehensive online marketing strategy, including SEO, specific budgets for ad words, placement bidding on the aggregator websites, location-targeted ads, and store-specific marketing events. And of course, we have a fully-staffed call center to ensure no inquiries go unanswered.

Rate Management


We establish specific revenue management parameters and communicate real-time data regarding revenue hurdles and pricing strategies.
