Karan Gupta joined Andover in March 2022 as a Senior Analyst on the acquisitions team. His primary responsibilities are helping to source, analyze, and execute potential investment opportunities. Before joining Andover, Karan worked on the Debt & Equity team at Mission Capital. During his time there, he closed over $100M in debt, equity, mezzanine, and preferred equity financing for various mixed-use, multifamily, industrial, office, and retail assets across the country. Karan graduated with honors from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University, where he majored in Finance. Currently, he is pursuing his Masters’ Degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University.
