Mr. Cohen is the co-founder and Chairman of Andover Properties, LLC. Prior to that, Mr. Cohen was the Chairman and CEO of the Andover Apparel Group, which was a publicly-traded corporation operating in three countries, with over 2,200 employees. While CEO, Mr. Cohen developed in excess of 450,000 square feet of manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution facilities in the United States, Mexico and the Dominican Republic. During his tenure he grew the company to $100 million in revenues, doing business with major retailers in the United States.

In addition, Mr. Cohen served on various management and steering committees at Wal-Mart, Sears, and Kmart, and he has also served as a member on numerous corporate and philanthropic boards including Cooper Life Sciences, the Emory University ECCA Board, and the UJA. Currently, he is on the board of directors of the Berkshire Bank Corporation. Mr. Cohen has a bachelor’s degree from Emory University.
