Erin Ferdinand joined Andover in July of 2017 as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, President, and CFO bringing over 15 years of expertise assisting C-level Executives in the public and private sectors. Erin’s previous experience working for executives in the logistics, investment, government, engineering, and real estate professions has empowered her to be confident in any task presented to her. Erin is responsible for the coordination of calendars, scheduling meetings, travel itineraries, IT troubleshooting, office management, and providing high-level administrative support. Erin is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed.
