Mr. Runckel joined Andover in 2020 as COO, in which capacity he helps explore third party management opportunities for Andover, develop operational and management plans for the properties under its portfolio, and help onboard new acquisitions. Prior to joining Andover, Mr. Runckel worked for Life Storage (LSI), holding various positions in the marketing and sales groups, and spending his last 10 years there as the Regional Vice President of Operations overseeing stores in CA, NV, AZ, TX, MO, and LA. Mr. Runckel earned his bachelor’s degree from SUNY Geneseo.
