Andover Properties’ Accessible Community Solar Project is Completed and Powers Over 100 Homes

This project involved the installation of enough solar panels to power over 100 homes and will act as a key component of Governor Murphy’s clean energy agenda which aims at achieving 100 percent clean energy by 2050.

The project, located at 3403 Route 33, Neptune, NJ, features a massive rooftop installation spanning over 72,000 square feet and boasting a capacity size of 744 kW.

By ensuring emphasis on low- to moderate-income households, Andover can ensure that solar energy is accessible to a diverse range of residents, including renters and families facing economic challenges.
